Sophy Njoroge has key strength in strategic leadership and setting up of operational structures that are efficient, effective and that build strong and motivated teams.  She has expertise in financial/operational management with ability to manage operations within budgetary constraints and prudent investments of financial resources with high returns for the sustainability of the organization.

Sophy is passionate in matters youth and education and strongly believes that everyone has great potential with education as the tool that actualizes the aspirations and creativity of each person.

Her contribution towards Kusoma Tu Foundation is to ensure that good governance and integrity is upheld and solid operational structures are formulated and implemented to maximize on returns of the available resources/investments and sustainability programs for the Foundation.
